Heavy Duty Integrated Fuel System Module
A solution for an engine pump manufacturer in Columbus, IN, includes torque control and operations for two large Ingersoll-Rand torque wrenches. The torque setting changes, operation, and completion confirmation are interspersed with bin picks for error proofing heavy-duty pump assembly. The entire process plan is displayed during operation, with the current step of the process highlighted. Support data functions are included for entry, update, and reporting of the process plans and components as well as the torque configuration settings. Results are logged by serial number and written to ASCII, comma delimited text files for upload to a mainframe computer or import into Excel or other spreadsheet products. User logon is required, and secure functions exist.
